Multi-Guard Seal 2000

MULTI-GUARD SEAL 2000 is a clear, penetrating, breathable, VOC compliant, water, oil and graffiti resistant sealer for porous tile, pavers, grout, and natural stone. It does not alter the appearance of the surface. MULTI-GUARD SEAL 2000 penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in years of protection by reducing the ingress of water-borne and oil based contaminates into the surface. MULTIGUARD SEAL 2000 is an excellent choice for treatment around areas where food products, such as mustard, oils, grease, wine, etc., are present.

PACKAGING and STORAGE: MULTI-GUARD SEAL 2000 is packaged in 1 and 5 Gallon Pails. Store at 40° to 90° F. Shelf life approximately 18 months. Protect from freezing.

COVERAGE: 200 – 300sf per gallon depending on porosity and specific application I.E. grout, dense tile, porous tile, natural stone, etc.
