INSTRUCTIONS
Add appropriate amount of MULTI-GRIP into Multi-Stain, Colorseal, Clear Seal or Seal Brite CA or other paints and sealers to achieve desired surface slip resistance texture. Typically 3 ounces per gallon will give you a good starting point to determine if this ratio will be rough enough. Mix well with a mechanical mixer and apply with roller as normal. Periodically remix to insure all particles are fully suspended in material for even distribution. MULTI-GRIP can also be broadcasted onto the wet surface.

PATTERNS AND DIMENSIONS
INSTRUCTIONS
Multicoat’s stencils are designed for professional use. Typically used in the Stucco Industry and the Decorative Concrete Industry. The adhesive release paper is removed to expose the adhesive then the sheet is placed into position and seated to insure a good bond so that no edges are raised. The finish material, synthetic stucco or cement-based materials are then applied and finished over top of the stencil and allowed to set. Once the initial set has taken place the stencil is removed which will expose the desired pattern.
- COLOR: White with light colored release liner
- THICKNESS: .024 pt and .060 pt
- ADHESIVE: Water Soluble
- PAPER: Clay Coated Face
- SERVICE TEMPERATURES: 40°F to 105°F
MASONRY STENCILS
DECORATIVE PATTERN FINISH
STENCILS (ADHESIVE BACKED) are used to create patterns in overlay systems. Great for stucco applications and for concrete overlayment systems. Create the look of brick, stone, tile, etc., without the cost. Single use, peel the release paper, stick to the surface and overcoat.
STAMP MAT PATTERNS
INSTRUCTIONS:
Allow Stamp Mix to partially dry. The time varies based on ambient temperature and humidity. A good test is to stamp a small area and check the bottom of the mat to see if material was “pulled up” during the stamping process. if this occurs, smooth the area that was affected, and wait a bit longer.
Prior to stamping, spray the bottom of the mat and the concrete surface with Stamp Release. On the mat, ensure the surface has a uniform coat. Then stamp, tap/step onto the mat to apply pressure, and then lift. Make sure to follow instructions on how to use the specific purchased mat. some require special layouts as you move across the surface.

POLYESTER STITCH BOND FABRIC
MEMBRANE REINFORCEMENT
STITCH BOND POLYESTER FABRIC is used as a reinforcing material in our Mulasticoat waterproofing systems, to create and reinforce flashings around the perimeter of the application area, and around penetrations and drains.
USE: T272 reinforcement fabric is a stitch-bonded heat-set polyester high-performance reinforcement fabric. Its commonly used with liquid coatings to create a solid reinforcement layer. Its compatible with liquid solvent-based asphalt roof coatings, water-based emulsion coatings, cold-applied built-up roofing, elastomeric roof coatings and other liquid roof maintenance and restoration systems. It is one of the strongest yet flexible fabrics available for adding reinforcement to seams, panel overlaps, splits, joints, cracks, protrusions, and flashings. The soft grade of fabric is very pliable and designed to conform to irregular and dissimilar surfaces, yet lay flat. The fabric has high absorption capability, allowing liquid coating materials to quickly wet into and become encapsulated, forming tough waterproof details and reinforcements.
INSTRUCTIONS
First, apply a coat of Foam Base or base coat material to the substrate. Then, place the fiberglass mesh on top of the wet material and using a trowel or a roller, push the mesh into the base coat until it sits below the surface. Apply more material on top if needed.
SIZES:
- 38″ x 150′ rolls
STORAGE:
- 40-90°F.
- Low humidity environment to keep adhesive working
FIBERGLASS MESH
TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES CEMENT REINFORCEMENT
FIBERGLASS MESH is a woven, 6×6 alkali resistant fiberglass mesh used in the ICF Stucco System. It is designed to be a reinforcing material to add strength to the coatings.
