The MULTICOAT KRETE KOTE 2000 System is a super bonding, flexible synthetic resin modified cementitious coating which forms a cost effective, durable, anti-skid, weather and chemical resistant surface over properly prepared substrates. It can be applied to driveways, walkways, steps, pool decks and most concrete surfaces.
KRETE KOTE 2000 overlay cement 140 sqft/bag
ACRATHANE COLORSEAL paint/sealer 250 sqft/gallon

*OPTIONAL – Apply Vapor Shield to the substrate to reduce the green window of concrete, prevent efflorescence, and/or resist hydrostatic pressure coming through the concrete substrate. Apply with a pump sprayer in conjunction with water, back to back. Repeat for a total of 2 coats. Allow 24 hours to dry prior to application of Krete Kote/Top Coat

For the 2nd coat, apply at full strength. Airless sprayers may be used for the 2nd and final coat. Allow final coat a minimum of 24 hours before placing area into use. A: It depends on the material. If it is an epoxy, silicone, or other non water-based materials you must strip all of it. if it is another acrylic coating, simply abrade the surface and prepare it to be bonded to.
A: Yes. Simply follow the instructions as if you were doing the entire area but in a smaller area. An small artists touch is needed to match the texture and to feather the edges in, but it is not difficult, just a little detailed.
