Like The Scratch Kote 2000 System, the 2-Part Scratch Kote System is designed to not only bond new pool surfaces to substrates, but also to enhance the performance of that new surface during its installation, curing, and lifespan. Using large aggregate infused cement mix with a Liquid Catalyst loaded with an enhanced polymer blend, 2-Part Scratch kote grips and sticks as well as resists the elements to prevent delamination. To protect your elevated pool finish, Scratch Kote Systems are the only choice.
*OPTIONAL – Apply Vapor Shield to the substrate to reduce the green window of concrete, prevent efflorescence, and/or resist hydrostatic pressure coming through wall. Apply with a pump sprayer in conjunction with water, back to back. Repeat for a total of 2 coats. Allow 24 hours to dry prior to application of Mulasticoat
Apply 2-Part Scratch Kote with a hopper gun, pressure sprayer or a ¾”-1¼” nap roller. Applied material should peak, not slump.
